Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team. As a Mold Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining molds in our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:

- Set up molds according to production specifications

- Install and remove molds from machines

- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper mold alignment

- Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or malfunctions

- Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related problems

- Perform routine maintenance on molds and machines

- Collaborate with production team to optimize mold performance

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Mold Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
